Projects within our Community

  • Care for the Cold – provide items to the homeless to protect themselves from the cold
  • Trash Pick Up – Lion club members clean up the local streets of Reynoldsburg and the community where needed
  • Light Ohio Blue – Lion members provide the community with blue light bulbs in honor of the local police department
  • Independence Day – Lion members provide a food trailer and free games for the kids at the Reynoldsburg fireworks
  • Independence Day Parade – Lion members are the marshals of the parade in assisting participants in where they need to line up and we also have a float in the parade
  • Tomato Festival – Lion members provide a food trailer and set up a free area for the kids games
  • Community Halloween Party – Lion members stuff Halloween candy bags for the kids in the community, cook and serve free hot dogs, and set up a free kid’s game area
  • Christmas on the Town – Lion members provide and serve free hot dogs and hot drinks to the community
  • Auction – Lion members have a fundraiser for philanthropic causes
  • Food Drive – Lion members collect and serve food for the local food banks
  • School Supply Drive – Lion members stuff backpacks with school supplies to the kids within the community before school starts
  • Super Braxton 5K – Lion members hold their annual 5k run/walk event raising money for Pediatric Cancer Research
  • Community Easter Egg Hunt – Lion members stuff plastic easter eggs for the annual community Easter Egg Hunt

Fundraisers in the Community

  • Auction – Every spring our club has a dinner and auction. Auction has wonderful live and silent auction items. 50/50 ticket and lots of fun and fellowship
  • Football Pool – Tickets from Lions members – July-August – awards during OSU football season
  • Letters from Santa – Surprise your loved ones with a letter from the man himself! Nov – Dec
